Has anyone kept a precise time log of a build?

As I work on a project or 3 I just wonder how much time I spend in building a project. One of the projects is a drag truck that I am building the chassis from scratch. I think a good majority of this will be scratch built. I wonder how much time I will have into it. Maybe i'll start a log to just see. Or maybe I don't want to know. LOL

So has anyone kept track of the time spent on a project?
